In every era, the carpet - as both an object of art and product of everyday use - has been an expression of the styles and trends of the moment. We've thus taken a look at modern productions, those carpets which have characteristics that make them an expression of our era and not simply copies from the past. This is how the "Art Under Feet" collection came to be. By taking a look at the works of the greatest contemporary artists whose pieces won't necessarily also become objects of everyday use. We then took a look at one of the most interesting cultural movements of our times, which is design - particularly Italian design.
